GRAHAM SUTHERLAND ……… TOWN CRIER



Dressed in 18th century style livery, Graham Sutherland is a famous face throughout Warwickshire, his booming voice echoing through the streets. Appointed town crier and beadle of Warwick by the town council, Graham can often be seen accompanying the mayor on civic occasions.

Town criers bring tremendous sense of occasion to a variety of events and celebrations:
• Weddings
• Birthdays

Graham also has extensive commercial town crying experience with well-known clients, including:
• Shop openings (Pizza Express, The Post Office, British Heart Foundation, Superdrug)
• Business promotions (Debenhams, Dolland & Aitcheson, Specsavers, Marks & Spencer, HMV)
• Conferences (Alcatel, Energy Industries Council)
• Various projects for national lottery, Warwickshire county council Kenilworth Town Council, Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council, BBC Coventry & Warwickshire Radio, The Burlington Arcade in London, West Midlands Police.

Graham is no stranger to the international conference scene either, having performed along side the Coldstream Guards at a major Telecommunications Conference in 2001.
